When you arrive at our office, Susan Draffen will be the first face you see. Susan has been a legal assistant for over 35 years, having worked on numerous cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, civil litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, family law and criminal law.

Before joining Call & Gentry Law Group as one of the firm’s very first legal assistants, she spent her entire career as a legal assistant with a well-known Jefferson City Law firm.
Susan was born and raised in California, Missouri, and is the oldest of seven daughters. She and her husband Daniel moved to Jefferson City in 2003. Daniel is employed as a Quality Control Inspector with DeLong’s, Inc. They have six children in their blended family and are proud grandparents to eight grandchildren. Susan and Daniel love spending time at home with family and, when they happen to have some free time, like taking out their Harley-Davidson motorcycle and enjoying rides around the state.
